Keepsake Editorial collects only the information needed to review, complete, deliver, and support your photo-editing request.

What we collect

We may collect your name, email address, order notes, uploaded images, service selection, and communications with the studio. Payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor; Keepsake Editorial does not store complete payment-card details.

How images are used

Uploaded images are used only to evaluate and complete your requested edits. They are never sold or used in advertising, portfolios, social media, or public examples without separate written permission.

Human-led and AI-assisted tools

Professional tools, including AI-assisted features, may be used under human direction for limited tasks such as masking, cleanup, or object removal.

Storage and deletion

Order images are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to complete the service and support the included revision. They are scheduled for deletion within 30 days after final delivery.
