Always. We refine light, color, distractions, hair, clothing, and temporary skin details without changing the features that make you you.

What files can I send?

High-resolution JPG, PNG, HEIC, and most phone photos work beautifully. Send the original file whenever possible—not a screenshot.

Are my photos private?

Yes. Your images are used only to complete your order, never shared without separate written permission, and scheduled for deletion within 30 days after final delivery.

What if I want a change?

Every edit includes one thoughtful revision requested within 7 days of delivery. You can leave clear notes during review and we’ll make the final image feel right.

Do you use AI?

A real photographer edits every image. We may use professional AI-assisted tools for precise, limited tasks such as masking, cleanup, or object removal. They help with the mechanics.

How quickly will I receive my edit?

Standard delivery is within 3 business days after payment and final instructions. A 24-hour rush option may be available for an additional fee confirmed before payment.
